Lagrima (which means 'tears') is the sweetest of white Ports and it's made in a similar way to its red counterparts with the fermentation being halted by the addition of grape brandy thus giving a high degree of natural sweetness. It was then aged in wood in Wiese & Krohn's cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia. It's an intense yet elegant sweet wine
