Glenwyvis 7 Years Old 2018 The Auld and The Bold Caol Ila Distillery texture and immense characterThis single malt was distilled in 2018 at the Glenwyvis Distillery the first distillery founded by a social enterprise and run for the good of the community. It was aged for 7 years in an Oloroso Hogshead. The nose opens with a medley of dried fruits, lifted by a cool whisper of menthol. On the palate, waves of dark chocolate intertwine with bright orange peel and the crunch of roasted nuts, all anchored by Glen Wyvis signature clean, cereal backbone.
