The Black Hardura is a felt backed grained PVC material

Another way of checking if you have the later style is to peel the carpet away from the sill and if you can see the white foam backing then you definately have the late style carpet

The seat frame is glued to the central "U" shape shown here and then the outer edges of the foam are turned over the frame and glued back to create a soft rounded edge over the frame. We would recommend using a spray contact adhesive to do this.
