1980s Ivory Silk Dress with Couture Level Finishes sold 2005 Hermes printed beach towelThis little dress is a bit of an enigma. It came as part of a lot of items and it has no tag or information. Off the hanger it looks like a bot of nothing but once on the mannequin I realized that it has very good lines and drape. Inside, the finish is to couture levels with hand done inner seam edges, as are the outer seams. All signs of a little gem that has sadly lost its label. It is made form a ivory silk of a good weight and is cut on the bias.
