It was made (or completed) under the creative direction of Sarah Burton. The dress certainly would have been released when Sarah had taken over the reins of McQueen. The date of the hang tag does have it falling right in that window where Alexander could have had a hand in its design and then by its release it would have been under Sarah's era. It is a phenomenal example of how beautiful that the McQueen
