Jim Beam enjoyed hanging and curing hams in his backyard smokehouse. When his grandson Booker Noe moved in, he continued his grandfather's practice of smoking up to 50 hams at once. This batch of bourbon was aged for six years, four months, and two days. It's bottled uncut and unfiltered as normal.
