In the nose this wine has aromas of citrus, white blossoms, pears, apples and meadow grass. There is a fresh, crisp minerality and a clear finish. Wonderful as an aperitif as well as a wine that pairs well with butter poached fish, scampi's, and pasta dishes such as pasta primavera.
